Technology Project Manager / Release Manager

Prudential is seeking a Technology Project Manager cum Release Manager to drive end-to-end delivery and manage enterprise release cycles across multiple teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience and strong JIRA expertise, with hands-on experience in Agile delivery and release governance. Exposure to automation and AI-enabled delivery is a strong preference.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end technology project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Owning release planning and execution across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD
• Driving Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
• Administering and optimizing JIRA boards, workflows, dashboards, and reports
• Coordinating with engineering, QA, infra, security, and operations teams
• Managing vendors and system integrators
• Providing clear status reporting to senior stakeholders

Must-have skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA (projects, workflows, dashboards, reporting)
• Proven experience in Technology Project Management and Release Management
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, and release processes
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills

Good-to-have skills:

• Exposure to automation (test automation, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience or interest in AI-driven delivery, analytics, or productivity tools
• Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Preferred certifications:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / CSM / PMI-ACP / etc
• Atlassian / Agile certifications
