PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant - Acute Care

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at PT Solutions in Calhoun, GA. As a PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant in acute care, you will play a vital role in expanding access to transformative care and making a real difference in the lives of patients and our communities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment for treatment and assist an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients
• Establish strong relationships with each patient to help them exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital with physicians, case management, nurses, and others

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy assistant program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $40/hour

Schedule:

• 2 weekend day shifts per month
• 1 major holiday
