Sourcing Project Manager

We are seeking a Sourcing Project Manager to oversee complex procurement projects and manage supplier interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Key position in extensive and complex technology projects with responsibility for procurement projects and supplier interface
• Monitoring and coordination of supplier selection in complex procurement procedures
• Independent, structured management of complex procurement projects and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Synchronization of supplier development and manufacturing processes with our own product development process
• Organization and operational implementation of internal and external stakeholder management, as well as agreement on methods and tools for supplier collaboration
• Technical responsibility for cross-functional teams with development, quality, logistics, and commercial purchasing

Requirements:

• Successful university degree in a technical field
• Long-term professional experience, particularly in purchasing and product development; extensive project management knowledge, preferably in complex procurement projects and supplier collaboration
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Structured and methodical way of working; continuous process improvement; teamwork; communication skills; persuasiveness; assertiveness
• Complex procurement project management; supplier management; cross-functional stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel short distances
