Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Principal-Global Feasibility Data Science professional. As a leading fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization, Syneos Health accelerates customer success by translating unique clinical, medical affairs, and commercial insights into outcomes.
The successful candidate will independently undertake the highest complexity level RFPs and Feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas, assess the level of data and analysis required, and propose reasonable approaches. They will proactively liaise with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, and other team members to review RFP challenges and work collaboratively to find solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, analyzing, and delivering pre-award site level feasibility assessments into presentations and/or written reports for internal/external stakeholders
- Maintaining comprehensive records of work and storing all relevant data within internal libraries
- Providing excellent editing-level verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Independently managing and performing research of scientific literature using internet and internal metrics and tools
- Mentoring junior team members up to Senior Feasibility Lead, Global Feasibility level
- Supporting department management in developing group initiatives and achieving business objectives
The ideal candidate will have experience in data science, feasibility assessments, and stakeholder management. They will be able to work efficiently within processes and undertake delivery of multiple assignments and complexity concurrently across all therapeutic areas.
