Description
As a Paraprofessional with CNA with The Menta Group, you will be responsible for working with classroom instructors and staff to offer targeted teaching and support to students in the classroom, as well as general support for all students in the school.
Responsibilities
You will provide CNA support to special needs students, manage classroom behaviors, and report behavioral concerns to appropriate staff. Other responsibilities include implementing and maintaining behavioral program policies and data, maintaining classroom order and safety, providing general supervision of students, assisting in the prevention and management of incidents, and responding to emergency situations.
Qualifications
Requirements include being a certified CNA or Medical Assistant, experience with diapering/toileting assistance, experience using a Hoyer Lift, ability to work with high-risk special needs students, and being at least 23 years of age.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is USD 17.97-27.06 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 403(b) retirement plan with an employer match.
