Retail Manager - Travel Retail, Northern Europe

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Retail Manager to join our Travel Retail team, focusing on the Northern Europe region. You will be responsible for building retailer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, leading a field team, and managing budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining development and growth strategies with the Head of Travel Retail, Europe
• Delivering sell-out in line with forecast commitments
• Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to drive brand awareness, performance, and market share
• Building strong relationships with retailer contacts
• Leading quarterly business reviews and half-year external strategy meetings
• Recruiting high-performing Retail teams
• Setting ambitious and achievable sales targets
• Leading and inspiring a team of business managers and retail artists
• Working with the field training manager to ensure commercial and development training needs are met
• Collaborating with Travel Retail Marketing & VM teams to develop trade plans and on-counter activities
• Managing T&E budget and staying within approved monthly expenditure

Requirements:

• Wide experience in Retail or Sales Management
• Strong people focus, team spirited, and passionate about developing teams
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and ability to influence others
• Target-focused and results-driven
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• French language is mandatory
