Your main responsibility is to ensure members have an enjoyable experience, providing excellent service from initial greeting to paying the bill.
Key duties include:
- Warmly greeting members and introducing menus
- Taking accurate food and drink orders, accommodating allergies and dietary needs
- Delivering seamless service with kitchen and bar staff
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items
- Maintaining exceptional table service and a pristine environment
- Handling member requests and supporting payment processes
- Upholding discretion and professionalism, especially with VIPs

- 2-3 years of experience in a high-end dining environment
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems under pressure
- Hospitable and approachable nature with a passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Competency in areas outlined in the training schedule and Club School
The salary range for this role is £15.50-£15.50 GBP.
