Construction Scheduler - Memphis

SpaceXAI is seeking a Construction Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate construction schedules for field, subcontractors, and leadership.

About the Role:

As a Construction Scheduler, you will build CPM baselines, update them based on real progress, identify risks, and explain schedule impacts of changes, delays, and recovery plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop baseline CPM schedules from drawings, specs, estimates, and construction sequences.
• Maintain live schedules by collecting progress, updating percent complete, and publishing updates.
• Identify critical paths, near-critical work, and potential issues.
• Analyze schedule impacts of RFIs, change orders, and other factors.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Prepare narratives, variance reports, and executive summaries.
• Support claims and delay documentation.
• Enforce schedule standards and facilitate pull-planning sessions.
• Regularly visit the construction site.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of construction scheduling experience on active projects.
• 4+ years of experience using Oracle Primavera P6.
• 4+ years of experience with owner/CM specification-driven schedules.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• PSP (AACE), PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, or similar credentials.
• Experience with forensic delay analysis, cost/resource loading, and Last Planner/pull planning.
• Familiarity with additional tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work extended hours, including a 6-day/12-hour construction schedule.
• Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment.
