Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of $25-30 per hour. We also offer flexible hours, allowing you to develop a schedule that suits your needs and provides a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs created by the supervising BCBA
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in regular staff meetings and trainings
- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective English communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
