Description
As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Middelburg store, you will be actively involved in sales floor operations, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist product knowledge to customers and being a role model for your colleagues
- Being the point of contact for colleagues on the sales floor for problems and complex customer questions
- Training, supervising, coaching, and guiding your colleagues on the sales floor, giving proactive feedback to help them improve
- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve the Coolblue store
In return, you will receive:
- A salary between € 2,891 and € 3,091 per month (based on 40 hours)
- A monthly allowance of approximately € 150 gross
- A flexible schedule with mostly self-determined hours
- 8% holiday pay, pension, and travel cost reimbursement
- A 7-month contract with fixed hours
