Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM

Compensation Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license
