Associate Director, Banca Training

We're seeking an Associate Director, Banca Training to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. You'll play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future. You'll focus on building a comprehensive banking and insurance training system to support the professional development of our sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual training plans to enhance sales team capabilities in bank channels
• Establish and implement a structured training framework and layered development system for banking and insurance channels
• Design and deliver standardised training courses using internal and external resources
• Introduce and localise group courses, ensuring the professionalism of AIA's banking and insurance training system
• Manage internal mentors, including selection, certification, and incentive mechanisms
• Oversee training platform operations, content management, and daily promotion
• Create and enforce training management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and group standards
• Provide technical support for specific activities and new product launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or insurance
• Advanced training accreditations preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in training and development, particularly in insurance sales and management
• Strong background in life insurance business and operating environment
• Excellent Mandarin and English language skills
• Experience in training needs analysis, program design, delivery, and presentation
