Mosqueteiro (Consultor/a On Trade)

We are seeking a Mosqueteiro (On Trade Consultant) to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a Mosqueteiro, you will be responsible for expanding and living the Red Bull On Premise culture, building relationships with key consumers, and driving sales growth through innovative activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and protect accounts in the On Premise channel
• Position the Red Bull brand and product portfolio correctly in the territory
• Identify, develop, and manage local and regional On Premise accounts
• Collaborate with the sales force and distributor team to achieve numerical distribution targets
• Conduct continuous training with staff to ensure correct brand understanding
• Negotiate and implement commercial agreements
• Manage the On Premise channel budget and plan resource usage
• Implement On Premise marketing strategies using suitable tools

Requirements:

• Completed higher education
• Experience in On Premise and/or Events
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Intermediate English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
