Key Account Manager Automotive

We are seeking a Key Account Manager Automotive to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and implement growth strategies for existing and new business areas in the international automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies for existing and new business areas in the international automotive environment
• Identify and realise new business opportunities and market potential
• Manage complex sales projects in close collaboration with internal departments and customers
• Analyse market, technology, and industry trends in the automotive and testing organisation environment
• Build a sustainable network with relevant decision-makers
• Represent the company at specialist events, trade fairs, and customer visits

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the automotive environment (e.g., testing organisations)
• University degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable degree
• Several years of experience in technical B2B sales with high customer orientation
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic action, and negotiation skills
• Serious appearance, convincing communication skills, and solution-oriented consulting competence
• Enthusiasm for the future of mobility, new technologies, and the automotive industry
