Supply Chain Delivery Manager, Data Center Power & Cooling OFE

Anthropic is hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to oversee owner-furnished equipment (OFE) delivery for data center projects. The successful candidate will track equipment against construction schedules, run factory and logistics escalations, and provide leadership with delivery risk visibility.

About the Role

The Supply Chain Delivery Manager will be responsible for a regional portfolio of data center projects, ensuring equipment production and delivery do not delay site readiness. This involves:

• Developing and integrating OFE delivery plans with construction schedules
• Leading kickoff meetings with general contractors and internal teams
• Maintaining a live tracker of OFE status and risk ratings
• Running weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators
• Acting as the primary escalation point for factory slips, component shortages, and shipping delays
• Coordinating logistics and site readiness
• Identifying, triaging, and reporting delivery risks
• Establishing and leading recurring Capacity Delivery Reviews
• Tracking delivery KPIs and feeding lessons learned back into sourcing and construction

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management
• Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities
• Experience managing cross-functional escalations and influencing construction schedules
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data fluency and ability to build and maintain trackers and dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and OFCI delivery models
• Working knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning workflows
• Heavy-haul/project logistics experience
• Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling system design
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools

• Travel: Up to 40% to construction sites and supplier factories
• Annual Salary: $320,000-$405,000 USD
