Athletic Trainer - Hernando High School

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an Athletic Trainer to join their team at Hernando High School.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports medicine and be committed to providing high-quality care to athletes.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
• Conduct orthopedic assessments and documentation
• Provide counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, and other topics
• Coordinate stakeholder communication with MDs, PTs, PSCs, and others
• Set up field and venue equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training
• State licensure and certification by the American Board of Certification
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation

• Base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience and market factors)
