Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with Eoghain McLaughlin, our Technology & Innovation lead, to drive innovation and improvement in our racing cars.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Analyse data and develop solutions to improve car performance
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to develop new technologies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Experience with data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and project management skills
