Physical Therapist

Duly Health and Care is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist in Aurora, IL, offering a supportive environment to build your practice with quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy and be able to work independently with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license

Schedule
