Senior Software Engineer, Judiciary

GovTech is the lead agency driving Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation.

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Judiciary, you will design, build, and support software products that underpin Judiciary's work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking problems from ambiguous brief through to production, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response
• Participating in design discussions and code reviews, advocating clearly for technical positions
• Identifying improvements to systems, tooling, and ways of working, and driving them through

Requirements:

• Sharp engineering taste and sound judgement
• Strong fundamentals in automated testing, version control, CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-design thinking
• Comfort with Go, PostgreSQL, and container-based deployment
• Ability to discuss and defend technical solutions robustly
• Problem-solving orientation and high initiative
