Sr. Technical Program Manager, Professional Services

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Professional Services, you will play a crucial role in advancing Databricks' Professional Services team's mission to accelerate and de-risk customers' outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of commercial delivery of services across multiple projects
• Serving as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders
• Proactively managing risks and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure customer outcomes
• Ensuring accurate reporting on projects and keeping relevant parties updated
• Driving growth in key accounts by identifying expansion opportunities
• Contributing to the evolution of delivery best practices within the Professional Services team

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale data or AI/ML projects
• Extensive experience managing projects with teams of up to 5 people and contract values over $0.5 million
• Ability to engage with senior executive stakeholders and build trust
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and data lakehouse architecture
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance scope, time, and risk
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving structured governance
• Skilled in setting up and managing project delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
