On Premise Executive (Musketeer)

We are seeking an extroverted, sociable individual with a passion for nightlife and entertainment in Playa del Carmen to join our team as an On Premise Executive (Musketeer).

As a Musketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise world, building relationships, connecting with key people, creating new opportunities, and driving business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing relationships with like-minded individuals in strategic hotels
• Representing the brand with professionalism and deep understanding of the hospitality environment
• Transmitting knowledge of the On Premise channel to each point of consumption within the hotel
• Maintaining constant teamwork with other Musketeers and fluid communication with the Regional Manager
• Developing relationships with key industry players
• Guaranteeing product availability and premium execution of High 5 events
• Negotiating and executing activations, seeking proactive opportunities to implement creative elements
• Identifying and executing experiential and creative opportunities
• Managing and protecting On Premise accounts in the assigned territory
• Analyzing the territory and specific business of each account to identify opportunities and drive distribution
• Establishing volume objectives with each account, including execution of Red Bull's KPIs
• Reviewing business volume and initiatives to develop the business
• Optimizing On Premise tools, such as OP Knowledge Base, Infonet, CRM, Warehouse, POS, etc.
• Negotiating and implementing commercial collaboration agreements
• Compensating financial contributions with value-added elements
• Meeting deadlines for report delivery
• Managing the local On Premise budget
• Planning and tracking marketing tools from a bottom-up perspective

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of the On Premise market and local scene, trends, and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and proactivity
• Valid driver's license and availability to drive as part of the role
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
