Senior VM & Store Design Manager - Middle East & Africa

We are looking for an inspiring Senior VM & Store Design Manager to lead the MEA VM and Store Design team. You will be responsible for creating a magic retail environment and insight into the Charlotte Tilbury world through outstanding and impeccable instore design and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the MEA VM and Store Design team to implement regional visual merchandising plans
• Executing all VM elements for retailer & country launches
• Collaborating with global VM and Store Design teams
• Working across cross-functional departments to deliver in-store executions
• Leading clear processes within the MEA team to ensure a 'world class' delivery
• Team development and project management
• Budget management and accountability

Requirements:

• Extensive Visual Merchandising and Store Design leadership experience in the beauty category
• Creative and design background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• People-focused and strong line manager
• Deep knowledge of the beauty market
• Highly proficient in Adobe Design Software and Office suite
• Strong organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
