Aerodynamics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Aerodynamics Engineer to join our team at Williams F1. As part of our aerodynamics department, you will play a key role in the design and development of our Formula One car.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of aerodynamics and computational fluid dynamics, as well as experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse aerodynamic data and develop insights to inform car design
• Develop and maintain CFD models and simulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement aerodynamic improvements
• Contribute to the development of aerodynamic test strategies

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline
• Experience of working in a similar role in a motorsport or aerospace environment
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics and CFD
• Proficiency in CFD software such as OpenFOAM or STAR-CCM+
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
