Kennels Bar Assistant

As a Kennels Bar Assistant at The Goodwood Estate, you will be part of a close-knit, professional team delivering warm, intuitive service in a unique setting. You will serve classic favourites and beautifully crafted cocktails, helping create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere for members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, attentive service that feels personal and memorable
• Build genuine rapport with members and guests
• Confidently serve drinks and share knowledge of the menu
• Keep the bar and back-of-house areas clean, organised, and well-presented
• Stay informed about what's happening across the Estate to enhance the guest experience
• Support the Bar Manager and wider team with a proactive, can-do approach
• Work in line with licensing, health & safety requirements

Requirements:

• A natural passion for hospitality and great service
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in a bar or customer-facing hospitality role is desirable
• Cocktail-making experience is an advantage, but not essential
