Job Summary: Lead Razer Gold's independent second-line risk function across regulated e-money and payments entities in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Department Management: Lead, build, and develop the Risk Management Department (RMD) team.
• Risk Governance, Framework & Appetite: Own and maintain risk frameworks, policies, and entity-level Risk Appetite Statements.
• Operational Risk, Incidents & Control Assurance: Run the RCSA programme, oversee incident management, and give second-line approval for new products and material changes.
• Integrated Oversight of Specialist Risk Areas: Set the common risk taxonomy, assessment methodology, and appetite framework used by specialist teams.
• Third-Party & Outsourcing Risk: Own the third-party risk framework across the lifecycle.
• Business Continuity & Operational Resilience: Own the BCM and crisis management framework.
• Audit, Regulatory Engagement, Reporting & Change: Act as the risk point of contact for regulators' inspections and information requests.
• Emerging Risks: Work with Razer Group on AI risk management.
• Risk Culture & Stakeholder Engagement: Promote risk ownership through a risk champions network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise or operational risk management in banking, payments, e-money, fintech, or other regulated financial services.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for payment and e-money institutions.
• Hands-on experience with ERM, risk appetite, RCSA, KRIs, incident and loss data, TPRM/outsourcing, and BCM.

Nice to Have:

• Professional certification such as PRM, FRM, IRM/CRM, or CBCI.
• Experience with GRC tools and data analytics for risk reporting.
• Experience with regulatory change programmes.
