Head of Operations, Global Affairs

Electronic Arts' Global Affairs Team is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the Global Affairs operations team. The successful candidate will enable a 200-person Global Affairs organization, ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and technology enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Business Officer, and the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs
• Design and deliver a Global Affairs operations strategy aligned to business priorities
• Lead and develop the Global Affairs Operations team
• Manage the Global Affairs budget planning and management
• Select and manage technology solutions to drive efficiency in the department
• Partner with department leaders to manage outside counsels, technology providers, and managed services relationships

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of operation experience across people, processes, and technology within a corporate or law firm setting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong financial planning and management skills
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects
• Experience overseeing technology solutions and AI initiatives
• Strong communication skills
