Teknik Operasyon Teknisyeni

We are seeking a Teknik Operasyon Teknisyeni to join our team in Ankara.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in Ankara.
• Your tasks will include planning and conducting product testing, providing technical training, and investigating customer complaints.
• You will work closely with Technical Service Specialists, Sales Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Other duties include monitoring and reporting on product samples, performing routine visits to customers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, or Automotive Engineering from a university or college.
• You possess strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think systematically and focus on results.
• Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate English language skills are required.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
