Performance Solutions Partner II

We're seeking a Performance Solutions Partner II at tvScientific by Pinterest. You'll be the go-to expert for account performance, optimization, and experimentation, guiding internal teams and external partners through advanced performance strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead performance strategy for key accounts
• Drive product adoption, optimization, and performance-based revenue growth with Sales and Customer Success
• Develop and iterate performance playbooks and best practices based on KPI trends, tests, and market feedback
• Serve as the expert for complex performance questions and escalations, diagnosing issues and proposing solutions
• Support reporting needs, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
• Maintain and communicate a performance dashboard to track results across accounts
• Leverage AI to expedite performance analysis and experimentation frameworks
• Ensure the quality and impact of performance work using AI

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or a strategic role in digital media, with CTV experience being a plus
• Strong track record of owning optimization strategy and navigating complex performance challenges
• Comfortable leading discussions with all levels internally and with customers and partners
• Proven capability in utilizing AI for performance diagnostics and experiment ideation
• Skilled in analyzing data and turning findings into actionable strategies
• Clear communicator who can make technical concepts easy to understand
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
• Ability to support and scale accounts with data-driven insights
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about a fast-moving space
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Travel Expectations:

• At least quarterly travel for team building and customer meetings

In-Office Requirement:

• The role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months
