Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Aberdeen Union Square. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You'll be expected to work across various areas of the store and support your colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
Working hours are Sunday: 04:30 - 08:30, Monday: 04:30 - 08:30, Tuesday: 04:30 - 08:30. Please note that a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
