Description

We are seeking a Security Release Coordinator to join our team in Romania. As a Security Release Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the integration, testing, and defect management of security technologies across vehicle projects and E/E architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate integration, testing, and defect management of security technologies across vehicle projects and E/E architectures
  • Plan and coordinate test activities aligned with defined strategies and project milestones
  • Steer and provide transparency in defect management, including coordination with test houses and stakeholders for fixed defects
  • Create, consolidate, and validate security release documentation and maturity assessments
  • Collect, clarify, and track missing documentation and security evidence across stakeholders
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance of all security artefacts through systematic reviews and formal corrective actions
  • Own consistency, versioning, and traceability of documentation across the entire process landscape
  • Govern security guidelines, training materials, and templates, ensuring alignment with the latest standards and lessons learned
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project delivery and readiness for coordinated defects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes, templates, and documentation frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience in automotive development and/or product security engineering according to ISO 21434
  • Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architectures, testing processes, and product development lifecycle
  • Experience with security documentation, release processes, and maturity assessments
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, coordination, and escalation handling
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on quality assurance and process compliance
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work in an international team
