Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at West End Retail Park in Glasgow. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued
- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
Requirements:
- Ability to work early mornings (05:00-09:00) on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Commitment to work up to full-time hours during peak periods (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December)
- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
