Job Details

• Base Salary: $77,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available in select locations!

• Lead and mentor a team of therapists
