Key Responsibilities

As a teacher, you will:

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to strengthen instruction and student outcomes
• Serve as an ambassador of SA's Adult Winning Culture
• Engage and invest families in students' academic growth, behavior, and overall success
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students and a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and high expectations
• Deeply study the SA curriculum, assignments, and learning goals
• Deliver rigorous, engaging instruction that drives mastery of the content
• Regularly study student work and assessment data to evaluate learning
• Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students

Compensation

The salary for this position is $55,000.
