Battery electrical components specialist

We are seeking a skilled Battery electrical components specialist to join our dynamic team located in Valladolid.

As a Battery electrical components specialist, you will develop electrical components for Lithium-Ion batteries, acquiring, building, and capitalizing on the knowledge and know-how of components such as busbars, junction boxes, fuses, relays, pyroswitches, and smart current sensors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Dimensioning of components
• Writing generic specifications and defining validation plans
• Developing core competencies rules, technical policies, and standards
• Managing innovations and ensuring performance and reliability
• Leading component design reviews
• Evaluating and selecting new technologies

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering or Mechanics with specialization in electronics
• Skills in electrical engineering, electronics, or electro-mechanics, preferably in energy storage
• Knowledge of electrical or electronic component development in the automotive field
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French is desirable
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience or a PhD in a related field
