Regional Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee dealership performance and operations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth or Houston area.

The Regional Manager has overall responsibility for dealership performance and operations, coordinating the efforts of the Regional and Area Team in market representation, dealership profitability, and customer relation management for their respective Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attain regional vehicle retail and pre-owned sales objectives
• Counsel dealers in planning and developing Corporate Identity advertising, merchandising, and promotional activities
• Develop and implement a market representation plan to ensure dealer placement and CI facility requirements are met
• Conduct monthly meetings with Regional Team to ensure all performance areas are addressed and maintained
• Maintain consistent and timely response of dealership review and input to Area Vice President
• Review budgetary process for expense management
• Ensure implementation and documentation of fair & equitable distribution of production
• Oversee regional parts objectives and customer satisfaction
• Assist Area Retail Development Manager with dealer development activities and business management standards

Requirements:

• College degree required, MBA preferred
• 10+ years experience in automotive wholesale Sales, Marketing, Market Representation, and/or Business Management
• Previous field experience required
• Parts and service background preferred
• High level of written, oral communication/presentation, and sales forecasting skills
• Superior computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Leadership skills to coordinate and implement regional/area initiatives
• Varying amounts of overnight travel required (minimum 60%)

Salary: $160,000-$185,000 per year
