Physical Therapist- PRN

Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN outpatient Physical Therapist in Bloomingdale, IL.

The ideal candidate will join an established outpatient rehabilitation team supporting various patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised, one-on-one care to patients
• Work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in a strong internal referral network
• Develop clinical specialties with access to Special Interest Groups

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license
• Must work a minimum of 2 hours a week

Scheduling:

• Minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month
• Additional weekday availability preferred but flexible
• Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours

Compensation:

• Anticipated hourly rate: $40.00–$55.00 per hour
• Weekend shift differential: $5.00 per hour for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00–$60.00 per hour
