Management Control Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Management Control Intern to join our Finance team in Paris. As a Management Control Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Job Summary: The Management Control Intern will assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, analysis of commercial performance, and provision of insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with the Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of commercial volumes and margins
• Analyze volume, price, and mix effects on commercial margin, identifying areas for improvement
• Prepare and present monthly results to senior management
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements
• Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Bac +4/5)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, BI, and CPM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in French (native or bilingual)
