Elementary Teacher (2026-2027)

We are seeking an Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at Classical Charter Schools, a high-performing charter network in the South Bronx.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading scholars to achieve academic gains, establishing a structured classroom culture, and executing lessons that influence scholars to master daily standard-aligned objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead scholars to achieve mastery and advanced mastery of grade-level Common Core State Standards
• Establish and maintain a highly structured classroom culture
• Study, practice, and execute lessons that influence scholars to master daily standard-aligned objectives
• Revise lessons for clarity, rigor, and relevance
• Collect and analyze academic and behavior data to pinpoint scholar needs
• Collaborate in teams and with coaches to resolve challenges and implement instructional improvements

Qualifications:

• Elementary teaching certification OR at least one year of teaching experience in a charter, public, or private school

Successful candidates will:

• Have experience working at a high-performing charter school
