- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy environment and achieve sales goals
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
The role involves working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with potential for increased hours during peak periods, such as Christmas.
