Description
As a Content Moderator at TaskUs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality and safe experiences for people and businesses across social media platforms.
You will apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency. Your responsibilities will include identifying subtle differences in the meaning of digital communication and accurately enforcing the client's terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
In this role, you will work on a computer each day reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles. You will then score this content on areas such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency.

Requirements:
- At least one year of prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy
