Seasonal Hospitality General Staff Team Member

Talladega Superspeedway is seeking a Seasonal Hospitality General Staff Team Member to work under the direction of the Event Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, checking admissions, and answering questions in various hospitality locations on race day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide a positive experience
• Check admissions and answer questions
• Work flexibly in a team environment
• Attend pre-event training sessions and assigned event days
• Work extended hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and indoor/outdoor environments
• Stand for periods of time, walk long distances, and lift up to 25lbs

• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and focus on guest experience
• Availability to work race weekend
