We are looking for a student intern to join our Customer Service Domestic Sales team at our Duisburg location.

As a Student Intern - Customer Service Domestic Sales, you will be responsible for:

Providing customer support and communication with customers and field sales representatives
Maintaining and managing customer and price master data
Creating offers and processing orders professionally
Handling commercial complaints
Collaborating on departmental and cross-functional projects

To be successful in this role, you should:

Be currently enrolled in a business-related degree program, such as Business Administration or Economics
Have initial practical experience in a commercial area, customer service, or sales (desirable)
Be proficient in MS Office 365; SAP knowledge is desirable
Possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong team player mentality
Work independently, reliably, and structured with high service orientation
