Department Head - Transfer Agency

We are seeking a Department Head - Transfer Agency to lead our team and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Funds Industry. You will be responsible for managing the department, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the department, setting performance targets and objectives
• Develop and implement department strategies, focusing on client relationship management and risk reduction
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Manage resources, including budgeting, staffing, and technology
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and mitigate risks, promoting a culture of risk awareness
• Drive change management initiatives, improving processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Funds Industry
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar environment, including at least 3-4 years in a management capacity
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
