Development Director - American Football

Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Director for American Football to join their EA Orlando Studio team. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional, global team in a hybrid work model, reporting to the Director of Product Development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a large-scale project, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence
• Collaborating with team stakeholders and partners to provide necessary tools, processes, and information for success
• Inspiring the team to achieve operational excellence and mentoring operational leaders
• Managing project plans, milestones, and gate reviews, as well as identifying and mitigating risks
• Developing strong working relationships with the team and key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of project management and operations experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management on AAA game franchises or similar software development projects
• 5+ years of people management and leadership experience
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA
