The Business Development Recruiting team is responsible for attracting and hiring the talent that builds Anduril's growth engine.
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to join our rapidly growing team in Washington, DC (preferred), Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, WA, or Boston, MA office.
In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, while providing flex support to adjacent Growth searches as needed.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution: Own end-to-end recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex capacity into adjacent Growth hiring during peak periods.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function.
- Conduct screens that assess functional depth, customer knowledge, and organizational fit.
- Manage the interview process from intake through close.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with BD and Growth leaders to understand current and upcoming hiring needs, team composition, and the specific profiles that will succeed in each sub-function and division.
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Process and Craft: Own the candidate experience from first outreach through close.
- Maintain data integrity in the ATS/CRM.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and interview practices.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Direct experience recruiting within business development, capture, proposals, government relations, program management, or adjacent growth functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Data-informed mindset.
- Clear, effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to move fast and prioritize.
- Must be a U.S. Person.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in defense, aerospace, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with the DoD acquisition ecosystem.
- Experience recruiting across multiple BD sub-functions.
- Track record of improving recruiting processes.
- Working knowledge of security clearance processes.
- Established network or sourcing muscle in the defense BD talent market.
