Financial Operations Analyst

As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will support treasury and financial operations across the region. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and external banking partners to manage cash, analyze financial data, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor cash balances and liquidity across multiple bank accounts and countries.
• Financial Analysis: Maintain cash flow and funding models, analyze variances, and support financial planning.
• Payments & Banking: Support cross-border payments, reconciliations, and relationships with banks and payment providers.
• Data & Automation: Maintain accurate financial data and automate recurring reporting and operational processes.
• Compliance & Controls: Support regulatory requirements, audits, and financial controls in partnership with Compliance and Legal.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, banking, payments, or fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cash management, financial modeling, or multi-bank environments.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with automation or data tools is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Experience with banks, payment providers, or regulated financial institutions is a plus.
