Manufacturing Associate I - Indianola- 3rd Shift - 10:20pm - 6:20am

We are currently seeking motivated colleagues to contribute to meaningful work in our local manufacturing plants. As a Manufacturing Associate I, you will perform meaningful work and have exposure to advancing technologies, a voice to challenge our status quo, and training for career advancement.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assemble radiology medical products used to diagnose healthcare challenges when contrast is used for CT scans
• Package products thoughtfully to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
• Inspect and validate excellent manufacturing
• Cross-train to enhance your skillset and support the shift team
• Collaborate with others to enhance capabilities, problem-solve challenges, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Capture data regarding product quality and traceability
• Lead with safety, quality, and delivering for customers as guiding principles

Who You Are

• Active interest in operating in a team environment, learning daily, and partnering with others to enhance operations via open communication
• Comfortable with entry-level math skills (adding/subtracting), reading, and processing information
• Interested in working in a lively environment, operating with good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus
• Appetite for personal growth
