Innovation and Digitalisation Project Support

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our innovation and digitalisation projects at Porsche Werkzeugbau GmbH. As a part of our team, you will gain insights into the entire process chain of tool construction and work on various projects across different areas, including design, mechanical production, engineering, economic analysis, technology development, and process planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and identify digitalisation potential
• Support the introduction of AI applications in specialist departments
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary innovation and digitalisation projects
• Assist in developing and implementing modern knowledge management in tool construction
• Design, implement, and optimise automation using Microsoft Power Automate and applications with Microsoft Power Apps
• Contribute to creating and further developing AI-powered assistants with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Set up and maintain knowledge databases, lessons-learned structures, and best-practice collections

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field
• Interest in digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and modern IT technologies
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar low-code platforms is advantageous
• Affinity for technical and organisational processes
• Analytical and structured working style
• Proficient in MS Office 365
• High level of self-motivation and independent working style
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Creativity and openness to new technologies and innovative solutions
• German language skills at C1 level or equivalent, if required for the role
