The studio is looking for a proactive Production Coordinator to join the Studio Operations team. The successful candidate will be a problem solver passionate about high-quality support and eager to find new ways to streamline current processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports
- Plan and execute team meetings, summits, and onsite or offsite events
- Lead onboarding logistics for US-based employees and manage offboarding by coordinating equipment returns and access removal
- Maintain team distribution lists, Slack channels, and shared resources to support clear communication
- Proactively maintain department common areas and participate in creative sessions to enhance the team workspace experience
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to manage hardware and software needs
Requirements:
- Proven track record in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role
- Strong proficiency in Outlook and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated experience organizing team meetings and events
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
