Finance Systems Lead

ElevenLabs is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to own and manage its finance systems stack, including NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and Pigment. The successful candidate will be responsible for running NetSuite end-to-end, owning the integration layer, leading the selection and rollout of new systems, and building with AI.

Responsibilities:

• Run NetSuite end-to-end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties
• Own the integration layer, including Stripe, Ramp, Deel, and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse
• Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration
• Build with AI, alongside the Automations and Data teams
• Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies, and audit readiness

Requirements:

• Experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance
• Experience owning an ERP or billing implementation or migration end-to-end
• Ability to build integrations using iPaaS or code
• Understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C and the controls behind them
• Experience working with AI-first tools
